How it works

Upload a head-and-shoulders phone photo; we align it, whiten the background, crop to 50x60 mm and run 12 measured checks in seconds.

Free check & preview; photos are never stored.

Step-by-step preparation

  1. Have a biometric shot taken against a white background with even front light (the Turkish NVI standard).
  2. Face fully visible: hair off the eyebrows and eyes; no glare on glasses.
  3. Upload to the tool: 50×60 mm crop (591×709 px) with head-ratio and background checks.
  4. The same biometric photo works for Turkish passport, national ID and driving licence applications.
  5. Bring 2 printed biometric photos to your appointment — the 4×6 print sheet covers it.

Frequently asked questions

What size is the Turkish biometric photo?
50×60 mm on a white background, ICAO-compliant pose (NVI standard). The same photo is valid for passport, new ID card and driving licence.

Is a 'vesikalık' the same as biometric?
No — the classic 4.5×6 vesikalık is not accepted; the 50×60 mm biometric standard is mandatory.

How many photos do I need?
Passport and ID applications usually ask for 2 printed biometric photos; a driving licence may need only 1.

Is a headscarf allowed?
Yes — for religious reasons, as long as the full face oval (forehead to chin) stays visible.
