By using DV Green Pass ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service does

The Service prepares a digital photo (crop, alignment, background, sizing) and checks it against the technical specification of the selected document type. It is a self-service tool.

2. No guarantee of acceptance

The Service checks technical compliance only. It does not guarantee that any authority will accept your photo or application. Final acceptance is at the sole discretion of the issuing authority (e.g. the U.S. Department of State, USCIS, an embassy or a passport office). We make no promise of "100% acceptance".

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide a genuine, recent photo of the applicant (not a selfie where the rules forbid it).
• Verify the current requirements with your issuing authority before submitting.
• Use the Service lawfully and not for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.

4. Payments

Compliance checks and preview are free. Downloading a high-resolution file may be paid, priced by country. Paid items are subject to our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design and content are owned by us or our licensors. Your photo remains yours; we claim no ownership of it.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any rejection by an authority.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.
